To be completed in full including start dates, rental amount and term required. Also must be completed and signed by all applicants over 18 years of age individually.

Then to be hand delivered to agency office at Shop 1, Coral Coast Plaza, 20 Bauer Street, Bargara, or emailed to bargararentals@randw.com.au or faxed to 07-41547744.

Lodge in person  or mail to Richardson & Wrench Bargara Beach, Shop 1, Coral Coast Plaza, 20 Bauer Street, Bargara, Qld, 4670 (M-F 8.30am – 5pm)

  • Scan and email to bargararentals@randw.com.au
  • Leave on kitchen bench on inspection date as per
    Entry Notice issued. Staff will collect it.
  • If our Agency is   required to inspect work completed by a Contractor, an RTA Form 9 Entry   Notice will be issued following completion of the work.
